Flowers is a co-founder of The People’s Supper, which uses shared meals to build trust and connection among people of different identities and perspectives.

She is the executive director of Faith Matters Network and co-founder of The People's Supper, a project that aims to repair the breach in our interpersonal relationships across political, ideological, and identity difference over shared meals.
