“Our desire in creating this conference was to not only provide a safe space for folks in the present day, but to also inspire and equip folks to create spaces like these in faith communities where the inclusion and affirmation of LGBTQIA+ folks is in process or virtually nonexistent. As we look toward the future, it is our hope that we would be able to provide support and guidance for those who wish to create LGBTQIA+ affirming spaces within their faith communities. We also aspire to become an organization that aids in providing scholarships, trainings, and other opportunities for LGBTQIA+ folks within the surrounding communities.”
