“The reign of God is among you.” Jesus said it again and again. The disciples acted as if they believed it. They broke with their old way of life and began to walk with Jesus in a new way that honored the image of God in all people (Gen 1:26); announced good news to the poor (Luke 4:18), and welcomed all to the table (Matt 9:10-11).
The Christian Unity Gathering 2018 follows the ACT NOW to End Racism rally of April. We will imagine the world without racism and will identify next steps to help create that world among us now.
Come to CUG to join with others in awakening to that world. Leave with a plan to start building it.
