Sample B-roll from Relinquo

This is my first more deliberate effort into film... this is some B-roll I've been taking around the abbey. We need to have a documentary to the good folks of the Synod by the end of March.

If it looks jumpy, let it buffer all the way and maybe play it again. I'd really love to hear some feedback from anyone, really, but especially from anyone that has experience with this sort of thing.

How do you keep your crane jib steady on a long rise or do you know of any tricks in FCP to eliminate some of the rolling shutter effect with a 7D or 5D mark ii?
