I am the Community Focus Pastor@Roodekrans, Johannesburg, SA - SHARE LIFE!!!
We'r a largish reformed institutional church [oops - sorry about that, but it's who we are ...] with the aim of being "organic" to the inner core, and also to plant as many churches with "organic" principles in our area, some of whom may or may not have links with our institution.
Any advice on this?
Our current process mainly involves
a] implementing "organic" principles without compromise in our church
b] as well as co-working with other churches in our area to set up a non-pastor as spearpoint of our church planting efforts.
