Ryan, what happened to Dmergent -- I stopped posting because I was the only one posting and I had to send reminders to get the posts up.

 

Was there simply no interest in the blog?

Bob,

{D]mergent is working to develop more support behind the scenes. It has dwendled to you and 1 other poster. I had a series of mettings with Indy about support for a person to focus on connecting & supporting the mission of [D]mergent. I am working a FT job as is everyone else that has been involved with [D]mergent. I do not have the time nessesary to invest in the mission anymore.

THere is interest in the movement but no money to support the mission. We are working on being a presence at GA and will be present there. I would love to hear if you had any ideas on what we can do now.

Thanks!  I recognize that this is a difficult thing to get going.  One of our problems is that we lack good ways of getting the word out.  I look forward to seeing you at the GA and have offered to lead a session on blogging and social media (I'd do blogging and get a partner to do more of the social media stuff).  But haven't gotten much response. 

 

It would be nice if we could get some help somewhere here, but everyone at the General office is cutting back. 

 

I appreciate the update however.

TransFORM Network's very own Steve Knight, part of our Open Hearts Gathering here in Gastonia, is now working full-time with the DOC Hope Partnership, and will create some great workshops for the GA, that I think will bring a lot of us D-mergent-y people together.  I look forward to it!
