This is a three year process in which my church has been engaged for the first year. I was honestly skeptical about it due to the $3,000 yearly fee. But I have been gladly proven wrong. It is not like some consultant coming and telling you how to succeed. It is about corporate vocational discernment and transformation from the inside out. It's a sociologically informed process which tugs at my theological heart strings ;-)
We have three cluster meetings a year to report on work and progress with mentors and other churches. In our cluster we have a few other PCUSA congregations from central PA and several Mennonite congregations from a couple of different conferences also in central PA.
Have any other congregations engaged in it? I would love to hear your stories.
