TransFORM - a missional community formation network

I'm looking for a good blog post or website that describes/contrasts the differences between missional and attractional churches. I'd like to post a link to it for our newly developing group. Can someone point me to something they think is helpful in this regard?

Thanks!

the subject has come up in the UK on the Share site which is designed to be a place such things happen. have a look and see if there is anything helpful. http://www.sharetheguide.org in part i adressed some fo this in the following post

but there is a lot more there by others. explore the blog pages as well as the main pages.
Thanks, Steve!
Check out David Fitch (http://www.reclaimingthemission.com/). He has written some of the best compare and contrast pieces I've come across. His latest post is titled, "8 Things You Should Notice At a Missional Sunday Gathering" and he put up a recap of posts for 2009 (which include quite a few missional vs. attractional posts): http://www.reclaimingthemission.com/top-ten-posts-2009-merry-christ...

Lastly, he did a video with Ed Stetzer discussing whether mega church can be missional: http://vimeo.com/2750000. It has three parts. I think the 2nd installment is best.

Okeydoke...that seems like enough, eh?

Thanks, Jason!!!!
I found this: http://jonathanbrink.com/2009/05/04/missionalattractional-debate/

I like the idea that they should be two aspects of the same church and not an either/or debate.
Have you seen the new Mission Church: Simple video? Think that explains very simply the difference in approach between missional and attractional.

Cool! Like both of these posts. I especially like the humor of the video.
This takes a different approach, but I thought you might find it interesting:

Great post! I do like moving away from the either/or aspect that seems so modern, and the emphasis on the "best" of attraction as good hospitality. Thanks, Jamie!
