Leading in an 'Unthinkable' World - TransFORMing Community

Although introduced only recently to the 'missional' concept, an Alan Roxburgh webcast series afforded me the incentive to create a Facebook page in support of local interest and organization.  The webcast's dialogue however, further evoked me to publish an article entitled, "Leading in an 'Unthinkable' World - the Transformation to Holistic Community".

Because, with the "passage of time", it's becoming "increasingly obvious" mankind in general and Christianity more specifically, are undergoing a "magnitude of change" that's "nothing less than epochal", the role of 'leadership' too, has rarely been more critical.  Likewise, while "the future" seems to offer "phenomenal potential for" innovative development, by virtually the same token, neither have the prospects of catastrophic disorder ever been greater.

Given this reality then, the primary question is simply; what do I do?  "Leading in an 'Unthinkable' World" suggests the answer rests in the practical ways in which we bring our personal faith in Christ into everyday, community relations.
