SUMMARY:A Sustainable Faith Conference
DESCRIPTION:“Social justice” isn’t the latest fad for the church
 , it IS the very calling of the body of Christ and the core message of
  the life of Jesus. So why does it seem sometimes that so many faith c
 ommunities find it difficult to uphold this calling? Many justice-mind
 ed “ministries” get started but how many flourish and maintain mom
 entum? It’s for this reason A Sustainable Faith aims to explore this
  question together:\n\nHow can we be sustainably committed to justice 
 over the long haul and not become overwhelmed by it in the process.\n\
 nJoin Shane Claiborne, Spencer Burke, Danielle Shroyer, Nick Fiedler, 
 Cheri Honkala, and others as we explore this question from a number of
  diverse perspectives. A Sustainable Faith is being hosted by the Miss
 io Dei community in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. There will be night
 ly activities at various venues around town, so be prepared to meet ne
 w people and have good times. Pre-Regristration tickets are available
